The spanish explorers accomplished many things in the Americas. One thing is that they got to name it after Amerigo Vespucci. Another thing they did was spread their religeons throughout the lands. They also accomplished conquering the Aztecs and Incans. They also made trade routes from America to Africa and Europe. They accomplished a bunch of other things too.

They all were looking for a water route to Asia and ended up finding the Americas. Christopher Columbus set out to find Asia in 1492 but hit land thinking it was Asia

Columbus found the Bahamas and Caribbean off of North America. He was looking for a sea route to Asia. Cortes was the Aztec empire and conquered what is today Mexico. Pizarro found land for Spain, and encouraged exploration in America. Ponce De Leon, was the first European to set foot on Florida. Balboa, was the first European to see the eastern side of the Pacific Ocean.

Columbus, Cortes, Pizarro, Ponce De Leon, and Balboa accomplished a few things in the americas. while they were look ing for the water route to asia they found the americas. in 1492 columbus set out to find asia and they hit land thinking that that was asia. they got named after Amerigo Vespucci. another thing is they conquered the aztecs and incas.

Pizzaro found land for spain. Ponce de leon was the 1st european to set foot on Florida. Balboa was 1st to see the eastern side of the Pacific Ocean. Columbus found the Bahamas and carribeans.

They accomplished many things. Ponce de Leon was the first European to set foot in Florida on his quest to find the Fountain of Youth. Ferdinand Magellan was the first European to see the Eastern side of the Pacific Ocean. He was also the first person to circumnavigate the world. Francisco Vasquez de Coronado was on a quest to try to find the Seven Cities of Gold.

Balboa found and named the Pacific Ocean. Pizarro conquered the Incas. They all did things that had to do with the Americas.

Columus accomplsihed many things. One being that he successfully sailed around the world. This lead to proving that the earth was round, rather than flat. Cortes was a Spanish conquistador that led the fall to the Aztec empire. Pizarro conquered the Inca Empire. Pounce de Leon was a Spanish conquistador who founded and named Florida and was also the first governer of Puerto Rico. Balboa was a Spanish conquistador who was known for seeing or reaching the Pacific Ocean from te New World.

All those spanish explorers came to america and made great accomplishments. They all mostly claimed land for Spain. One of the explorers discovered the eastern side of the pacific ocean. Also they named America after Amerigo Vesspuchi.

The Spanish explorers accomplished many of things. Columbus had discovered the continent, He found the Americas. Cortes was part of the of Spanish colonizers that started the first phase of the Spanish colonization of the Americas. Pizarro conquered the Inca Empire. Also,Ponce De Leon explored the coastline of florida. Balboa ws the first to explore the Southern Pacific Ocean.

Each one did something important. Christopher Columbus founded the Americas. Cortes conquered Mexico in the 16th century. Pizarro searched for silver and gold and conquered the Inca empire. Ponce de Leon was the first european to set foot on Florida and was looking for the fictional fountain of youth. Balboa was the first european to see the eastern side of the pacific ocean. He also crosse over the Isthmus of Panama to find the Pacific.

Francisco Pizarro is the Spanish Famous Explorer who conquered the Incas of Peru Juan. Ponce de Leon was the First European explorer to set foot in Florida. Vasco Nunez de Balboa was the First famous European explorer to see the Pacific Ocean from its eastern shore

Christerphor Columbas was trying to find a sea route to india because they wanted some of the spices that would then allow them to presurve meat and other things that they need to presurve because they didnt have a refrigurater. Hornando Cortes was a conceastdor for the spanish he concured the Aztecs he defeated them by guns, desieses, and body armor. Ponce De Loen was looking for the fountian of youth and insted found Florida.Balboa wasthe fist european to find the east side of the pacific ocean

Hello, I received my Bachelor's degree in History from Cedarville University in Ohio and I taught out of state in West Virginia and Florida for four years. I also worked in telecommunications for 4 years. My grandfather and great uncle went to Saltsburg High School in the 1940's. My grandfather still talks about the 1935 flood! As a result of that flood the local dams were built to prevent flooding.
