The frankenstorm is a pre-Halloween hybrid storm. Meteorologists expect high winds, heavy rain, extreme tides and possible snow. They predict there will be about $1 million dollars in damage. They also believe this storm could be historic. The storm is supposed to cause the most damage and be the deadliest to New York and New Jersey. It is going to hit during a full moon, so the tides will be higher and cause more flooding.
